To All Faculty Members,  

After deliberation, it has been decided that the all-faculty meeting will be held at 15:00 on September 18 

(this Thursday) in the main lecture hall on the first floor of the Lei Jun Technology Building. The relevant 

matters are hereby notified as follows:  

I. Meeting Agenda  

1. Communicating the spirit and work requirements of the university meeting.  

2. Arrangements for the new semester’s work by the respective division leaders.  

II. Attendance Requirements  

1. All faculty members are requested to arrive at the venue by 14:50 this Thursday afternoon.  

2. Those unable to attend due to reasons such as overseas travel, business trips, teaching commitments, or 

illness must report to the Party and Administration Office of the college by 12:00 on September 18 (this 

Thursday).
